I feel amazing and more energised and positive. This was an amazing experience in such a short period of time. It has greatly changed my perspective of my life and experiences. I highly recommend Brett to anyone, especially those living with self doubt and low self esteem.
Since seeing Brett I am no longer eating rubbish, mindlessly. I feel so much better as I have lost weight and I am not snacking between meals. I now stop and think before I eat anything bad, asking myself is this what I really want?
I feel really fantastic. I did hypnotherapy for weight loss and have had some great changes in my eating habits. I no longer feel the undeniable urge to eat chocolate daily. I still enjoy it, but it doesn’t rule me. I am now pacing my eating instead of wolfing my food down. I am not always starving and hanging out for the next meal. Now, lunchtime rolls around and I eat but it isn’t with the urgency I used to. I now feel empowered that I control my food, it doesn’t control me. I was sceptical that hypnotherapy would work for me because I have a very analytical mind. You can’t argue with the results that I have enjoyed though. Brett is very professional and he has been invaluable in helping me attain the dietary changes I wanted.

Thank you Brett. It is now over 12 months since my very first session and it has been marvellous. I have now lost 23 kilos and my doctor tells me that my health is better than ever. I am well into my 70s and it is lovely to have my friends comment on how good I look. They don’t know how good I feel.
I noticed changes within the first week after hypnosis. My food intake has changed and I am exercising every day. I am now in control of my decisions. Beforehand I wasn’t sure if hypnosis would work for me but I’ve had the best experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone.
After one session I quit smoking. After 2 sessions I have changed my eating habits with biscuits, lollies and sugar now a thing of the past. After 3 sessions all my thoughts are positive. I feel great.
