29 May Feel Comfortable at the Dentist
It could be argued that a fear or phobia of going to a dentist would be the most common fear of otherwise strong and wise adults. Without delving into the shared reasons for that fear, like all fears, it is a learned unconscious response. Some people have an anxiety attack when confronted with the thought of a visit to the dentist. It is a fight or flight scenario.
But does it have to be this way?
